I have 9+ years of experience in the legal sectors, with industry-standard legal software systems as a QA & Solution Engineer. Support the technical delivery of Intapp solutions to customers. Provide technical analysis and feedback of alpha and beta stage software. Define technical best practices for repeatable implementation methodology of each new product. Work with product management to define features, defects, and improvements into the new product roadmap.
